    1. I’m sure that is frustrating on your end! I just tried to trigger it to the email address you comented from. Hopefully that will help. Check your Spam folder – sometimes email can be fickle, but I know it is frustrating all the same.

  2. When I print the pages some of the pictures have black rectangles around them blocking the words. Is there a way to correct this on my end? Is there a setting that I need to change or something that needs to be updated?
